What to email about
A line or two of detail saves a round trip. Here's what helps for each kind of message.
Your account
Something about your account looks wrong, or you can't get back into it. Tell us the nickname and roughly when it started.
The site itself
A page that won't load, a button that does nothing, text that's wrong. Say which page and what device or browser you were on.
Privacy
The privacy policy sets out what the service holds. If something in it isn't clear, ask and we'll point you to the right part.

Writing about the site or want to work with it? Email is the right door for that too.
When not to email
If someone in a chat broke the rules, don't write to us about it. Hang up, open their profile, and use report or block there. That way the report carries the chat it's about, which an email never can.
